About FaceStream
Just your average high-tech startup
Born out of necessity, FaceStream sparked to life in February of 2020, when founder Roman Tsukerman was having the first (of many, many, many) Zoom calls that became a fixture of life as the Covid-19 Pandemic forced the world apart.
This new normal was a boon for videoconferencing, and Zoom surged from unknown to media tech darling as "let's Zoom" became as ubiquitous as "call an Uber" and "Google it".
With Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Skype, Google Meet, and many other videoconferencing options ramping up and becoming the standard for everyone working from home, seeing friends and family, there was something really important missing from the experience:
Eye Contact.
There in his very first experience on Zoom, Roman wondered if there was a solution to the problem of gaze alignment, and 6 months later, he created one: AICONTACT. The first, proof-of-concept product of FaceStream, a company whose vision is to make your virtual connections not just as good as in-person, but BETTER.
